Avlastning is an early risk screen for recombinant protein expression. Submit a sequence and get a narrow answer: whether there is enough evidence to call a likely failure signal.
It does not predict success. A result that is not a clear no is not an approval, not validation, and not a claim that expression will work. Biology is too expensive for false confidence.
Current boundary
Avlastning is built to reject obvious bad bets before they consume lab time. It keeps the public answer deliberately compressed: no when the signal is strong, otherwise not enough evidence for a definite failure.
Experiment data can be added when available. Failed and successful attempts both matter because real outcomes are more useful than clean stories.
Do not submit confidential, unpublished, proprietary, patient, regulated, or export-controlled material unless you have the legal right to do so. Submissions may be stored and used to improve the screening system.
